This article assumes that you have domain administrator privileges.
  1. Log into your webmail via http://webmail.[your domain name here]
  2. Enter your email address and password and hit the login button
  3. Select the "Reports" tab at the top of the screen
  4. Make sure that the "Domain Summary Reports" folder is expanded
  5. Make sure that the "Traffic Reports" folder is expanded
  6. Click on the "Disk Usage" link
You should now see a list of all email accounts and their disk usage. To view more details for a specific user, continue to the steps below:
  1. After you have completed the steps above, click on the user that you want to get more details for.
  2. You will now see every folder for that user and the disk usage for each folder.
